Active and recently-sold listings originate from REBNY's Residential Listing Service (RLS), distributed to Denza by Cotality (formerly CoreLogic). Each listing retains the attribution of its originating brokerage, surfaced on every listing detail page.
Permitted use & redistribution
Aggregate output — neighborhood medians, scanner rankings, the quarterly Denza Index, and the open datasets — is published under the REBNY DLA and may be redistributed with attribution to Denza AI / Conquest Advisors. Raw individual listing keys, agent PII, and sub-building addresses are never published or redistributed.
