No discriminatory filters
We do not offer, support, or honor any search filter, audience segment, or AI instruction that steers buyers toward or away from neighborhoods on the basis of a protected characteristic. Our scanners rank only on objective, published criteria — price, recency, days on market, building — and the ordering rule is disclosed on every page.
The law we follow
We comply with the federal Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. 3601 et seq.), the New York State Human Rights Law, and the New York City Human Rights Law. It is illegal to discriminate in the sale, rental, financing, or advertising of housing on the basis of any protected class. We extend that standard to our AI assistant: it will decline any request to filter or steer on a protected basis.
Reporting a concern
If you believe you have experienced housing discrimination on our platform or anywhere else, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) at hud.gov/fairhousing, or contact the NYC Commission on Human Rights at 311.
